biography of the church
The College Point Tabernacle of Jesus Christ began as a preaching point on August 14, 2011 at 14 Ave in College Point. Despite being a small place with a capacity of at least 25-30 people, God was supporting us with his presence.
A year after being there, God opened the doors in the present place
(127-17 20th Ave College Point NY 11356) and a place with a dining room, youth classes, a children's class, and a much more spacious sanctuary. God is adding every day those who are to be saved. Now there are more than 45 people who have received the holy spirit and more than 50 people have been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins
We have seen the supernatural move of God in our campaigns and even, visits from other congregations have been baptized in water and spirit.
People have been healed, delivered, blessed, and restored.
Today we have a minimum attendance of 70 on Sundays and our maximum has been 110 people.
Our membership is close to 80 and we continue to grow .
